BKI-Fuel Monitor Partner Programme

Sell the sensor.
Share the savings.

Two ways to earn. As a dealer, you sell, install and service BKI-Fuel Sensors and earn margins plus renewal income. As a qualified BKI-Fuel Monitor Partner, you also deliver the fuel-savings solution at your clients' sites and earn a share of the savings fee, and your share grows as the account grows.

How it fits together

  1. Become an authorised dealer of BKI-Fuel Sensors.
  2. Qualify through the BKI-Fuel Monitor training programme.
  3. Become a BKI-Fuel Monitor Partner — dealers get the first right.
  4. Deliver savings at your clients' sites; BKI does the analysis.

How you earn

Three earning streams

Your earnings build in layers: a margin on every sale, income that renews every year and, as a Partner, a share of the savings you deliver for your clients.

1. Sensor sales margin

Earned from the first sale. The vehicle package includes the first-year subscription, so your margin, plus quarterly and target rebates, is earned as soon as a package is sold. It is a margin, not a commission: you buy and resell.

2. Renewal income

From year two, every vehicle you have equipped renews each year, and you earn a share of every renewal for as long as it renews, building income that grows with your installed base.

3. Savings-fee share (Partners)

Clients pay a fee out of fuel savings measured against an agreed baseline. You and BKI share that fee, and your share grows as the account grows: bigger fleets mean more on-site effort, so you keep more. Savings-fee contracts open after our first pilots complete their verified baselines.

Partner economics are shared confidentially

Margins, rebate slabs, the renewal share, the savings-fee share and its slab structure, together with worked examples and a personal earnings model, are shared directly with shortlisted dealers and qualified partners. They are set out in your confidential Price Card and Partner Agreement and are not published on this website.

Choosing your route

Dealer or Partner: which is right for me?

Both are good businesses; they suit different people. Most partners start as dealers, and dealers get the first right to become a partner.

Dealership

Choose this if you are a seller and a builder

  • You know the fleet owners, transporters and contractors in your area
  • You enjoy selling and building relationships
  • You can hire and manage a small team, typically one technician and one salesperson
  • You want income from your first sales and a broad market: trucks, construction, DG sets and mines
Typical setup investmentUS$ 5,000–30,000

Investment = pack fee of US$ 3,500–25,000 plus about US$ 1,000–5,000 for tools, a demo kit and a local launch, excluding taxes and stock working capital. Shortlisted applicants receive a personal earnings model with every assumption stated, so you can judge the payback on your own numbers.

Partnership

Choose this if you know how mines and fleets run

  • Experience in mining or heavy-equipment operations, such as a mine manager, fleet or fuel supervisor, contractor, or mining or mechanical engineer
  • Comfortable with data and reports, and with running monthly reviews with a client's senior managers
  • Able to keep a small team on site at remote mines and drive day-to-day implementation
  • Access to large, fuel-intensive clients, and the patience for income that starts after the baseline period
  • You qualify through the BKI-Fuel Monitor training programme
Additional setup investmentUS$ 6,000–12,000

Investment = an on-site coordinator or fuel analyst for the first months before savings fees start, plus site travel and equipment. The savings fee is billed monthly from the first month after the 3-month baseline. Shortlisted applicants receive a personal earnings model with every assumption stated, so you can judge the payback on your own numbers.

All figures are indicative estimates for the international programme, not a forecast or guarantee. Shortlisted applicants receive a personal earnings model with their confidential price card.

Becoming a partner

Who qualifies

  • Dealers get the first right to become the BKI-Fuel Monitor Partner for their territory, valid for 90 days after they become eligible. After that, another trained partner may be assigned to the territory's clients.
  • Training is mandatory: partner status is granted only after qualifying through the BKI-Fuel Monitor training programme.
  • On-site team: partners maintain a team at each client site. BKI can provide on-site staff on request, billed through the partner.

Who does what

  • BKI (Yugant Tech): onboards and contracts every client, runs all analysis, drafts recommendations, provides the platform, and issues every invoice — tagged to you, with you copied.
  • Partner: runs monthly reviews with fleet managers, tracks whether each accepted recommendation is implemented on site, handles tamper response and keeps sensor data flowing.
Fair and transparent

How savings are measured and paid

  • Baseline: the first 3 months after sensors are installed and commissioned, followed by a face-to-face review with the fleet managers.
  • Like-for-like measures: litres per engine hour, per tonne or BCM, or per km, agreed in writing for each asset type at the month-3 review.
  • Agreed adjustments only: production volume, haul distance or lift, machine mix and working hours. The baseline is not reset during the contract term.
  • Billing: after the baseline, BKI invoices every month on that month's verified savings; the client has 15 days to raise objections.
  • Payments: clients pay only into BKI's account by international bank transfer (SWIFT) or payment link. Partners may follow up and collect cheques payable to Yugant Tech Private Limited, but never cash and never into their own account. BKI pays your share every month after the money is received, with a statement.
  • Recommendations: advisory, and implemented only after the client accepts them in writing; the client remains responsible for its operations and safety.
