Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Yugant Tech Private Limited, operating the BKI-Fuel brand, website and dealer network, collects and uses personal data. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Dealership applicants: company/firm name, contact person, email, phone, city, state, territory, GST, PAN, business background and investment details submitted in the application form.
• Dealers: portal account details (email, hashed password), dealer and certificate numbers, and the client/lead records dealers enter in the dealer portal.
• Payments: payment method, amount and transaction reference (UTR / payment id). We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
• Fleet customers: vehicle, GPS and fuel telemetry processed on the BKI-Fuel monitoring platform under the service agreement with that customer. That data belongs to the customer and is used only to deliver the monitoring service.

2. How we use it

• To evaluate dealership applications and communicate decisions by email.
• To collect and verify the dealership fee, and to issue dealer credentials, certificates and agreements.
• To operate the dealer portal and route territory leads to the responsible dealer.
• To provide technical support (+91 97081 43219 / info@bkifuel.in).

3. Sharing

• Zoho CRM (India data centre) — dealer-entered client/lead records may be synced for sales management.
• Payment gateway (e.g. Razorpay) — processes online payments; your payment data is handled under their privacy policy.
• Email service — to deliver transactional emails.
• Government or legal authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention & security

• Application records are kept for 3 years (rejected/withdrawn: 1 year) for audit purposes.
• Dealer and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and company law.
• Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt); access to portals is role-restricted and logged.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the grievance contact below. We respond within 30 days.
